How many photos will I get?

We promise 700+ photos in our package, but we try to always over deliver!

How long will it take to get my photos or videos?

We deliver a sneak peek of photos within a week, and a sneak peek video within 2 weeks. The final delivery of photos and videos will be between 2-3 months of your wedding day.

Is our deposit refundable or transferable to a new date?

If your wedding day is unable to go ahead due to COVID, or serious injury/illness, your booking is fully transferable to another date that we are available for, at no extra costs. Deposits are non-refundable.

How long will you be with us on the day?

We capture your day from getting ready before the ceremony, all the way until the dancing starts at the reception after the formalities. This is usually 8-10hrs depending on your schedule, but we are able to shoot for up to 12hrs. We don’t offer different packages at set hours, because we’re experienced enough to know that weddings can be delayed or pushed back, and we don’t want to miss moments like your first dance or cake cutting because ‘a contract said 10hrs only’. So you can relax knowing we’ll be there for all the important bits no matter what!

Do you ‘Photoshop’ our photos?

We edit our photos in a software called ‘Adobe Lightroom’ primarily. We do ‘photoshop’ SOME images only, usually what we call the ‘hero’ shots (best of), if there are things in the background, stray hairs etc. We do not photoshop more than a small handful as it would be to time intensive to do them all/a lot of them. If you’d like us to photoshop some of the images that we deliver to you, we can do this at a per/hour rate.

Do you charge travel fees?

For any bookings outside of Sydney, we charge a $100 per person fee. This includes Wollongong, Picton, Blue Mountains, North of Berowra.

If your location is more than a 2hr drive from the Sydney CBD, and finishes too late for our team to drive safely home, we may have to also charge for a reasonable accomodation.

How many Videos will I get and how long are they?

You’ll receive three (3) videos in total. The first will be a short 1 minute sneak peek, the second will be a 3-4 minute highlights video, and final video will be a full day documentary, which will be 45-60min depending on the length of your day and ceremony.

What do you require to book in our date?

To book in your date, you’ll need to pay a deposit of $1000 and sign our wedding contract that has all the details in it. We also like to jump on a video call to get to know you, we can go over some details about your wedding day and give recommendations.

Who will be shooting our wedding on the day?

With exception to serious illness or injury, I will ALWAYS be shooting and editing your day. Alongside me to help photograph and film, we have a great team of talented and professional creatives who have been working together with us for many years. You can feel comfortable knowing that they have the same high standards and style that we pride ourselves with.

Can we pick our own music for the videos?

We prefer to pick the music ourselves, because the music is a very important element of the video - it helps to set the pace, the mood, and dictates how we’ll edit the video. But the most important reason is because we license the music we use, so it’s legal for you to use and show the video wherever you want. Picking mainstream music can costs in the thousands, if not more.

What we ARE able to do however, is provide a list of songs to choose from, or even share a searchable website with you to discover songs not on our list for you to choose from.

How will we receive our photos and videos?

You will receive your photos through an online gallery called Pic-Time. You’ll be able to share and download any/all the photos in both high-res and web-res. Your highlights video will also appear here too, but we will also send a download link for the documentary video.

If your packaged includes a keepsake box, you’ll also receive a custom USB with all the videos/photos put onto it, which will be mailed or delivered to your address.

Can we have the RAW footage/photos from the day?

You can purchase the RAW footage/photos for $550, and must provide a portable HDD or SSD to store them on. We don’t include the RAW footage in our packages because they do not reflect the final photos/videos and our work.
